A Vintage Portrait is not a conventional photograph. From the very beginning, it is conceived as a work of art. In a calm and respectful process, a portrait is created that reveals the presence and personality of your horse.
The photoshoot takes place comfortably in your horse’s familiar environment and requires nothing more than a shaded entrance to the stable, a barn, or a similar space.
Together with a helper, we spend a relaxed and light-hearted time, gently drawing out a variety of natural poses from your horse.

A Vintage Portrait reveals its full presence only when the framing becomes part of the whole. It is not merely an outer finish, but something that profoundly shapes the artwork’s expression, depth, and presence. In a way, it becomes the home of your image.
For this reason, your piece is completed in my own framing atelier. Here, the framing is not a predefined standard solution, but evolves through a shared, intentional process. I offer a carefully curated selection of frame profiles, ranging from modern and minimal to classical, antique, and more expressive styles. Together, we choose the framing that resonates most with your image, your home, and your personal aesthetic.
I then craft the frame myself, bringing all elements together into a cohesive whole. The result is a harmonious, gallery-worthy artwork with a painterly presence—fully finished and ready to take its place on your wall.

YOUR ARTWORK
Your portrait includes a personal photoshoot and the creation of your favorite image into a striking, expressive artwork. In the end, you will receive your Vintage Portrait as a mounted fine art print, individually and fully framed, ready for your space.
The following formats are intended to give you a sense of the price range for your portrait. Custom intermediate sizes are also possible. The listed dimensions refer to the image size. The final size will be determined together after the shoot – there is no need to decide in advance.
A curated selection of high-quality frame profiles in various styles is already included in the price. Additional options are available for an extra charge.
