We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your country of residence and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this website.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. The products selected by you via the “Add to Cart” button will be summarized once again in an order overview at the end of the ordering process. Here, you may review all information entered during the ordering process and amend or correct it using the “edit” function. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit your order details and make a binding offer to Nathalie Blasinger to purchase the listed products.
The text of your order will be stored by us and can be provided to you upon request after completion of your order. For your own security, Nathalie Blasinger recommends printing or saving the order details and the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the order. The contract language is German.
Please note that we only sell products in quantities customary for private household use.
3. Payment and Shipping
The ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 6 working days (abroad approx. 8 working days) after full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to your address or to the delivery address you provided. Packaging and shipping are carried out directly by our partner printing companies.
Special information about shipping abroad: For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.

4. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If you, as the customer, are an entrepreneur in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), your claims for defects require that you have complied with your statutory obligations to inspect and give notice of defects (Sections 377, 381 of the German Commercial Code). If a defect becomes apparent during the inspection or later, we must be notified of this immediately in writing. The notification is considered immediate if it is made within two weeks, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. Regardless of this obligation to inspect and report defects, you must report obvious defects (including incorrect and short delivery) in writing within two weeks of delivery, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. If you fail to properly inspect and/or report defects, our liability for the defect that was not reported is excluded.
5. Gift Voucher
The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and is applicable to all services and products at "Nathalie Blasinger Photography". A payout of the voucher value or a difference is excluded.
6. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this website is entirely at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information may not necessarily be current and is provided for your convenience only. We reserve the right to change the contents of this website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Because some countries or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such countries or jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our website.
If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. 22. No Granting of Rights
By purchasing a photographic print, you acquire only the physical ownership of the print itself. No additional usage rights are granted. Any reproduction, distribution, rental, public display, public communication or any other analogue or digital use is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law. However, you may resell the print.
23. Return Policy
The products offered in the shop are individually manufactured and custom-made specifically for the customer upon order. For this reason, returns and exchanges are excluded.
If the ordered product is defective, the statutory warranty rights shall apply (see Section 4).
24. Right of Revocation
If the customer is a consumer, he or she is entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from
the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, (Nathalie Blasinger, c/o IP-Management #27662, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, nathalieblasinger@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
You may declare your withdrawal by any of the following means:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
The receipt of your withdrawal will be confirmed by us. Whether a right of withdrawal exists in the specific case is determined in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the following regulations.
Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from you choosing a method of delivery other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For the repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance
