2. Conclusion of contract
​
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. The products you select using the “Add to shopping cart” button will be summarized again in an order overview at the end of the ordering process. Here you can check all the information provided during the ordering process and add or correct it using the “change” button. By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit your order details and make a binding declaration to Nathalie Blasinger that you want to purchase the products listed there (offer).
The text of your order will be saved by us and can be sent to you upon request after your order has been completed. For your security, Nathalie Blasinger recommends that you print out the order details and the general terms and conditions applicable at the time of the order. German is available as the contract language.
Please note that we only sell all products in normal household quantities.

3. Payment and shipping
The ordered goods will be delivered within approx. 6 working days (abroad approx. 8 working days) after full payment. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to your address or to the delivery address you provided. Packaging and shipping is carried out directly by our partner printing companies.

For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are not included in the total price shown.

4. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply unless otherwise expressly agreed.
If you, as the customer, are an entrepreneur in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), your claims for defects require that you have complied with your statutory obligations to inspect and give notice of defects (Sections 377, 381 of the German Commercial Code). If a defect becomes apparent during the inspection or later, we must be notified of this immediately in writing. The notification is considered immediate if it is made within two weeks, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. Regardless of this obligation to inspect and report defects, you must report obvious defects (including incorrect and short delivery) in writing within two weeks of delivery, whereby sending the notification on time is sufficient to meet the deadline. If you fail to properly inspect and/or report defects, our liability for the defect that was not reported is excluded.

5. Gift voucher
The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and is applicable to all services and products at “Nathalie Blasinger Photography”. A payout of the voucher value or a difference is excluded.

22. No grant of rights

When you purchase a photographic print, you only acquire physical ownership of the print. No other usage rights are granted. Any reproduction (duplication), distribution, rental, making publicly available or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless permitted by law. However, you can resell the print.

23. Return Policy
​
The products from the shop are individual products made and commissioned specifically for the customer. For these reasons, returns or exchanges are excluded. If there is a defect in the product ordered, the statutory warranty obligation applies (see point 4.)

24. Right of revocation/instructions
​
In the event that the customer is a consumer, he or she is entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
Notes on revocation:
Products are excluded from revocation if they are made specifically for the customer or are clearly tailored to the customer's personal needs. This particularly includes copies that are defined by a freely selectable size or a different print technique.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nathalie Blasinger, c/o IP-Management #27662, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, nathalieblasinger@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). , inform. Consequences of revocation

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
